I have been using it for a couple of years. Ham Radio Deluxe was originally released as freeware, which essentially means that the author grants a temporary license to use and/or distribute the program free of charge, while reserving the right to rescind this license in the future.
You can click on the links at the bottom of the page. It shows the CW transmissions in a horizontal waterfall so you can see what signals are around and allows you to judge their relative qualities.
